One of the best looking Spitfire schemes of World War II was 457's "Grey Nurse" scheme. It carried the big shark mouth in red, black and white, as well as the ace of spades on the tail. The Pacific Fighters skin for it (and the 79Sqn skin) is contained in a download within; plus some screen shots of the 457 Spit and some other aircraft in the game.
457 Squadron Spitfire With their MKVIII's the squadron adopted the moniker of the "grey nurses" and put shark teeth on their aircraft as well carrying a shark motif on the pilot's lifejackets. A classic shot of a Spit over water;
The skin wraps awkwardly around the nose, so I couldn't fill that area up with teeth, but a front on shot still looks pretty initimidating;
Here is a zip file of the 457 and 79 Sqn Spitfire skins.
