Prisoners or War of 4 Squadron Australian Flying Corps
There were 14 members of 4 Squadron taken POW including an RAF officer attached to the squadron. When the Australian Flying Corps pilots that had been captured were returned to the AIF by either repatriation or the wars end, they made recorded statements of the circumstance of their capture. The Australian Imperial Force's Administrative Headquarters undertook the interrogations. Thanks to the research of Hannes Taeger two German Interrogations of Australian Flying Corps pilots are also available on the AFC website.
