Prisoners Of War of 2 Squadron Australian Flying Corps



There were seven pilots lost by 2 Squadron Australian Flying Corps over enemy lines and taken Prisoner Of War, all were repatriated after the war. When the Australian Flying Corps pilots that had been captured were returned to the AIF by either repatriation or the wars end, they made recorded statements of the circumstance of their capture. The Australian Imperial Force's Administrative Headquarters undertook the interrogations.
